Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to QuickPrio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickPrio task management application and website (the "Service") operated by andba solutions FlexCo ("we", "us", or "our"), located at Scheunengasse 2-4/2/2, 3430 Tulln, Austria.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

QuickPrio is a task management application that helps users prioritize work using an impact/effort matrix. The Service enables users to:

• Create and manage tasks with impact and effort ratings
• Organize tasks using tags and categories
• Visualize tasks in a priority matrix
• Track task completion and progress
• Access tasks across multiple devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by andba solutions FlexCo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the Service (tasks, descriptions, tags). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use that feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian and EU law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Austrian law.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Austrian data protection laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria. If you are a consumer within the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

EU consumers have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and andba solutions FlexCo regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
